Shipping & Returns

  • All orders are shipped from sunny Brisbane, using Australia Post or courier.
  • All cushions are dispatched within 1-3 business days, pending payment verification. Once dispatched we will notify you via email and provide you with tracking information, if available.
  • Delivery time is usually between 2-7 working days within Australia.
  • International Delivery time is usually within 7-15 working days, depending upon the country.  Standard INTERNATIONAL postage does not include tracking information. If this is something you require, please contact us for pricing.
  • Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times. However, if your package does not arrive at least 10 working days after the suggested timeframe, please contact us here
  • If you require Express post, please contact us here. We are happy to oblige with these requests!
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Import regulations differ in each country. SquareFox will not be held responsible for any and all duties or custom charges that may be incurred. If you are unsure about your local import regulations, we recommend you contact your local postal company before purchasing.
  • **INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS** We do not ship cushion inners outside of Australia and New Zealand at this moment. Please do NOT click that you want an inner as we will have to refund you and delay your order.   (If you really just can't live without our cushion inners, please email us and we can let you know what it costs to ship them overseas )

 

 

 

       RETURNS

  • All items are checked prior to dispatch, however if you believe your product to be faulty please contact us. Please include your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
  • Provided we are satisfied that the product is either faulty or not the item that you ordered, we will accept the return or exchange. 
  • Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: P O Box 3418, Newmarket Queensland Australia. 4051
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
